A conversation with noted composer Morten Lauridsen is the latest in the Westminster-to-Go podcast series.

Westminster Conservatory will present its annual showcase on Sunday, March 22 at 3 p.m. in Richardson Auditorium in Alexander Hall on the campus of Princeton University.

Professor of Voice Elem Eley is featured on two new recordings on the Albany label - Drifts and Shadows: American Song for the New Millennium and On Course.

The 2008-2009 Westminster Choir College Faculty Recital Series opens on Sunday September 28, with a performance by baritone Elem Eley and pianist J.J. Penna at 7:30 p.m. in Bristol Chapel on the campus of Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Princeton. 

Just four months after earning his bachelor’s degree from Westminster Choir College of Rider University, Russell Fischer makes his Broadway debut this week as Joe Pesci in the hit musical Jersey Boys.

The Westminster Concert Bell Choir’s new recording – Westminster Concert Bell Choir: 30th Anniversary Collection – celebrates the 30th year of the handbell program at Westminster Choir College of Rider University.

Westminster Choir College of Rider University will hold its 79th annual Commencement ceremony Saturday, May 10 at 10:30 a.m. in the Princeton University Chapel.

The Westminster Symphonic Choir will join the Philadelphia Orchestra for a series of historic performances of Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 8 “Symphony of a Thousand” at the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia and at Carnegie Hall in New York April 30 through May 6.

The Westminster Community Chorus and Chamber Choir will celebrate Devin Mariman’s 10th season as their conductor with a special concert on Saturday, April 26 at 8 p.m. in Bristol Chapel on campus of Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Princeton.

The Westminster Conservatory Youth Chorale will present a concert entitled Songs from Our Diverse Heritage on Sunday, April 27 at 3 p.m. in Bristol Chapel on the Westminster campus in Princeton. 

Westminster Opera Theater will present Mozart’s La Clemenza di Tito Friday and Saturday, April 25 and 26 at 8 p.m. in the Princeton Regional Schools Performing Arts Center in Princeton.  The production will be fully staged with orchestra and sung in Italian with English supertitles.  The music director is Daniel Beckwith, and the stage director is Marc Verzatt.

The Kaleidoscope Chamber Series of Westminster Conservatory will present the Kaleidoscope Chamber Orchestra in a program of music by Bach, Stravinsky, Schubert and Rossini on Sunday, February 10 at 3:00 p.m.  The concert will take place in Gill Memorial Chapel on the Lawrenceville campus of Rider University. 

Two leading musicians – organist Stefan Engels and conductor Earl Rivers - will visit Westminster in February.  The community is invited to attend several events presented by each at no charge.
